We spent 2 weeks here. This the best maintained park we have been in. We did not have a water front site but had a good view of the water. Great place to kayak from. Good hiking and bike trails. No pull through site but very easy to back into. No WiFi but Verizon phone worked well. Wish they had sewer hookups. Not a problem if you are only here for a couple days. We will be back.

This is a great park. It is a little complicated to get back to the campground but you are paid back with peace and quiet. NO ROAD NOISE. Very restful setting on a small lake with lots of big trees. We could easily spend a week here. Our site was gravel and very level. Cable TV with lots of channels and free WIFI that works much better than any we have paid for.

Nice park for a overnight stay, free WiFi works well on our site, D9. Close to the interstate but noise level is low. Lots of shaded sites and some open for us dish users. Will stay here again.

Small very clean park. New owners are very nice and try to please. Visually the park is very nice, and very quite. It is about 5 miles off the main highway Rt. 19. Area has several good sea food restaurants. I would think the fishing would be very good but we did not fish, spent 2 days here. Would have rated it higher but sites are not overly big and all are back ins. WiFi is very good.

We had a son move to this area and choose it strictly from the location. It turned out to be one of the nicest parks that we have stayed at. We only spent 5 days here but it would be easy to spend a month or more. Roads are all paved and most of the sites have good size patios. They are connected to a golf course, putting green and driving range. There are several fishing lakes to choose from. No license needed, just a free permit from the park. There are miles of nature trails. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Very noisy park. Not only aircraft noise but one of the bases play reveille and taps on a very loud speaker. Never again.

Nice park at a good price, But the road noise is terrible. Truck tires whining on the pavement is more than I will put up with again.

We stayed here for 2 days and that is about all I could take. The staff is very friendly. Basically it is no more than a parking lot with small spaces. There are no picnic tables but then there is no room for one. Some of the sites are long enough for a big rig but they are all very narrow. First and last stay.

Rate I show is Passport America for a pull through and 50 amp. Sites are very small but it is a great spot for a night's rest at a reasonable price. Some noise from the highway.

This is an absolute 10. Other reviewers are correct. We stopped in to spend the night and were totally surprised this park. The Club house is the best I have seen. They have walking trails, a place to kayak, and fish. The rate I show is for a 100 ft. all concrete pull through for Pass Port America members. We will stop again.

We stayed just one night. Pass Port America rate $15 for a full hook up. Gravel sites. Our rig is 65 ft. including toad. Easily fit on site. Some older trailers here. Not the prettiest park but for a on night lay over it is AOK. Free Wi FI work good on site 50. Will stop again.

We stayed here for 3 months. The park has two distinctive ares. The regular sites and the premium sites. In the regular area you are mixed in with park models. The premium sites are for RVs only. They have 100ft. concrete drive ways and patios. Park has boat ramp, and a small golf coarse. Pricey but so is every thing else in the area.

The park is very clean and we were greeted by friendly employs. The dog rules are absolutely ridiculous. The dogs are not allowed to relieve them selfs except in the dog area. The park is also very noisy, caused by trains and an air port. We are staying in the park as I write this. You get the idea that you are under surveillance, because when you go out after dark to go to the dog walk, a watchman drives back to where you are. Will never stay here again.

We actually spent June and July here. Monthly rate $295 including every thing. Park is very clean. Caters to atv rides but a good spot to over night. Beautiful view of 2 mountain ranges. 2 restaurants with in walking distance. Owners very helpful.

Park was very dusty due to them working on sites. Thought it was over priced for the area. Convenient to restraints. Would not stay here again because of better parks close by for less money.

This is a very nice park to over night in or spend a few days. It is very well maintained. There are some long term RVers but all are in well maintained RVs. There are 2 dog runs that are as nice as any I have seen. Wifi is available for $4.95 a day. Our Verizon works very well but is on "extended network". I would recommend this park.

Park was extremely noisy due to being very close to Interstate 10. Park is very well maintained. I would not stay here again, because of the noise.

OK for an over night stay. Just a big gravel parking lot with hook ups.

Stayed here for 5 months. Park facilities damaged from hurricanes. Park personal unable to be of any help. Managment more interested in selling park models than seasonal RVers. Improvements promised for 06/07 season.

Park is located in the Lake Mead NRA. It is close to Hoover Dam and several hiking trails. The parks strong point is the view of the lake and the mountains around it. Only about a 1/2 hour to Vegas Strip.

The reason I am posting this is because it has been sold and will be developed as condo. We lost a really good park.

We just spent 8 days here. I didn't find it to be a family CG because there is no play ground or any activities for kids. Pool, shuffle board, and tennis are offered. The reason I rated it so low is because of the price and what you get for it. It is along ways to any restaurants or attractions. The grounds are very well maintianed. I will not stay here again. If you are looking for a country club atmospere and are willing to pay for it, you might like it here.

Beautiful resort, with very large pads. Wifi has a limited area. There are no resturants near by. Will not stay again.

Over priced, even for the area. Park offers free buse rides to town. Not much to do in the area. Will stay in town next time.
